Hi there, did you install the old by terminal or SW Center?

First of all, deinstall the new package. Then you need to stop the old prozess by terminal like:

ps -efa | grep JDownloader

You should get s.th, like this ..

Then kill the prozess number by .. (in my case 30856 .. in you case ther can be an nother number)

kill 30856

Then you can delete the old folder structure ( in my case) by ..

Code:

rm -r /volume1/@appstore/JDownloader

Be carefull by doing this .. rm -r kills every Data without asking again .. and then it is really gone. No option to get it back!!  
Be shure it ist the right folder!


After this you can install my package again an voilà, everything is fine
